Refund and Returns Policy

At Amazing Ointments, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Return Period

• Products can be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
• Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

   

Non-returnable Items

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
• Products marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return.

   

Return Process

• Contact Us: Before sending a return, please contact our customer service team at michael@amazingointments.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on where to send your return.
• Pack Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original package, if possible.
• Send Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Amazing Ointments is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

   

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

   

Exchanges (if applicable)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michael@amazingointments.com and follow the return process outlined above.
